Every Head Spa is different. If this is your first time with us at Vista Grove, we’ve created this page to walk you through the steps of our New Client Journey so that you know what to expect not only before your appointment, but also once you arrive, and after your ritual.

Your First Experience With Us
Before Your Visit
Pre Visit Forms
You’ll receive some forms by email after booking your services. It’s important that we have these before your appointment to avoid loosing any time from your head spa ritual. They help us get to know you, your hair & scalp concerns, as well as go over all our policies & protocols so you know exactly what to expect with how we operate.
Finding Us
Vista Grove is located on the corner of Main Street & Confederate Avenue in the heart of Cottontown. Our location is perfectly situated in the growing Main Street corridor as it expands towards North Main. We’re also easily accessible from the Bull Street District area, right off of Confederate Avenue. You’ll enter the spa off Main Street.
Parking
We have 5 assigned parking spaces in the lot behind our building, accessible from Confederate Avenue. They are in the center row, and are labeled for Vista Grove. The other parking spaces in the lot are assigned to our neighbor businesses so we ask that you don’t park in their spaces. The street parking on Confederate Ave is also free if needed.
When You Arrive
Preperation
There isn’t much to do to prepare for your visit.
We just ask that you show up about 10 minutes before your appointment with your hair detangled & dry, ready to relax. We recommend having a light bite to eat before your service, and avoiding high doses of caffeine to help you fully immerse. Set your phone to silent, and prepare to enter a deeply restful state.
Check In
Check in on the iPad at our front desk, then take a quick restroom break so you don’t interrupt your ritual later. You’ll then be escorted into our dimly lit, quiet, Relaxation Room. Here you can indulge in a hot tea, spa water, or even a glass of bubbly. This is your opportunity to calm your mind & body, leaving behind your day’s conversations or worries.
Our Environment
The Spa is a phone free facility, including our front desk. The purpose is for our team, and our clients to be able to disconnect from the outside world for a moment so they can truly embrace the calm and inner peace that our rituals have to offer. You’ll notice thoughtful lighting choices throughout that avoid stimulation, as well as soothing music to slow the nervous system. We’re happy to discuss your scalp & hair concerns at the beginning & end of your ritual. You’re also invited to enjoy a quiet experience where no conversation is forced.
After Your Ritual
When you’re finished, you have the option for multiple finishes. Our team can blow dry your hair, you can blow dry your own, or we can plan out the best way to air dry.
No one leaves the spa with dripping wet hair regardless of your desired finish, unless you wish to let your natural texture, curls, or coils air dry.
Each service ritual is closed with recommendations for the right products to help solve your specific concerns or issues.
Our goal at the end of your ritual is to continue helping you relax, but to also care for your needs beyond the treatment room with clarity on your scalp & hairs needs.
We are happy to answer any questions about your services as well as guidance for the best home care regimen to support your goals.
