In keeping with our ethos of Vista Grove being a quiet retreat, we are a phone free facility, and do not allow the use of cell phones inside the Spa.

When booking online you have a few options for drying to fit your budget and lifestyle:

1) Your Head Spa is always finished with a towel dry, and if you choose no blow dry, you are wrapped up to head out and on your way.

2) Self Dry. For those that like to style their own hair or prefer a quicker service with less investment. You are welcome to our entire line of products and tools to style your hair

3) Blow Dry. Your Head Spa Specialists will blow dry your hair using luxury products & tools. We do not currently offer iron work, or extensive blow drys on extremely dense/long/textured hair. Our time allotment is 30 minutes and we are happy to help accomplish as much as possible in that time range.

No need to wash before you come. Our goal is to deeply cleanse your hair and scalp for you, so you don’t have to. Our scalp scope can show you the difference before and after.

If you have excessive build up on your scalp or hair your results might take more treatments to see the most impact but that’s what we’re here for.

For your service we’ll need access to your Head, Neck, & Shoulders.

We recommend wearing minimal jewelry in your ears, but we do have a safe place in each treatment room to store your jewelry and phone.

You’ll take off your shoes and disrobe from the waist up. We provide a spa wrap for you to wear that maintains professionalism & modesty.

What you wear in is completely up to you and whatever you feel most comfortable with. Many clients wear a separate top and bottom for comfort.

While we don’t perform facials in our Spa there are minor elements that might disrupt your makeup.

We use warming eye masks and/or Jade eye masks over them to help with relaxation and resetting your nervous system.

Clients with false lashes or heavy eye makeup will notice a disruption, and we can modify the eye masks as needed.

Your ritual does include extensive scalp care with water, and foaming agents, therefore makeup on the hairline might be removed during your treatment.

We offer a range of Head Spa services that are geared directly to your specific scalp needs. Our focuses included:
- Thinning Hair or Loss of Density
- Dry, Flakey, or Irritated Scalps
- Oily or Congested Scalps
- Damaged Hair

- Extension Scalp Care

Head Spas can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

We ask that you’re mindful of the quiet escape that we endeavor to create, so if your little one would enjoy some quiet & relaxation we encourage them to join us.

All clients under the age of 15 will need adult supervision in person with a consent form to receive services.

Clients between 16-18 years of age that are able to drive themselves will only need a consent form on file.

Yes! We use luxury Oribe & Kerasilk products that are all color safe. In fact, they will actually help extend the life of your color with every use.

if you have “vivid” or “direct dyes” used in your hair they will fade with every wash just like at home, so you will notice a fading in hair color after your head spa just with the use of water.

Not at all! All of our Products are smoothing treatment friendly and don’t remove any of the treatment from your hair.

We do recommend following the advice of your stylists for how long you should wait before washing your hair after a smoothing treatment, usually 48-72 hours.
